高速铣削振动对航空整体结构件加工变形的影响

摘 要: 根据高速铣削系统稳定性预测理论获得的系统稳定性极限图,选取2种工况(稳定和不稳定)下的切削参数进行整体结构件铣削试验,通过在切削前、切削后和时效后分别测量整体件的变形情况,探讨颤振(不稳定)对加工变形和时效变形的影响规律。研究结果显示:稳定情况下加工前后和时效前后的变形量都相对较小,而不稳定情况下加工前后的变形量较小,时效变形量较大,且在试验所用工件的大框端(刚性弱)出现扭转变形。

Title: Influence of vibration on machining distortion in high-speed milling aeronautical monolithic components

Abstract: Based on the stability lobe diagram of two degrees of freedom (DOF) milling system obtained by using the numerical method, two kinds of cutting conditions (stable and unstable) are selected to perform the cutting tests of aeronautical monolithic components. Cutting distortion and secular distortion are measured and analyzed by using the MISTRAL 775 coordinate measuring machine (CMM), respectively. Influences of chatter on machining distortion are investigated. Machining-induced residual stresses are also simultaneously measured by using the XStress 3000. It is shown that, both cutting distortion and secular distortion are smaller in stable case; in unstable case, cutting distortion is also smaller, while secular distortion is very large, and torsion occurs in the workpiece end with larger box. Machining-induced residual stress is one of the most important factors yielding machining distortion. Therefore, workpieces need to be machined in stable conditions for subsequent assembly tasks, especially aeronautical monolithic components.
