整体叶盘磨抛机床进给伺服系统建模与仿真

摘 要: 以整体叶盘磨抛机床进给伺服系统为研究对象,建立进给伺服系统的线性化数学模型,并基于Matlab软件对控制系统进行仿真分析。同时建立机床的虚拟样机模型,利用ADAMS/Controls模块,将机械系统和控制系统相结合,实现机电一体化系统的联合仿真。仿真结果表明:系统仿真输出响应时间短、无超调,具有良好的轨迹跟踪特性。进而验证所建立数学模型的有效性,为机床进给伺服系统的设计和调试提供了依据。

Title: Modeling and simulation of the feed servo system of blisk grinding and polishing machine tool

Abstract: The mathematical model for the feed servo system of blisk grinding and polishing machine tool was established by using the linearization method. The control system was modeled and simulated by Matlab. The virtual prototype model of the machine tool was also developed. The mechanical system and control system were united by using the ADAMS/Controls module, which realized the mechatronics system united simulation. According to the simulation results, the output response time of the system was not only short and non-overshoot, but with good performance of trajectory tracking as well. And the effectiveness of the mathematical model had been testified by the simulation analysis, which offered a foundation for designing and debugging the feed servo system of machine tool.
