CKD9A机车构架组焊工艺

摘 要: 对出口土库曼斯坦的CKD9A型机车转向架构架(包括侧梁)进行流程及工艺分析。根据该型机车构架的运用环境特点、本身结构特点及使用材料特点,初步制定该构架的组装放量工艺参数、人工半自动CO2焊接工艺参数及机械手自动焊接工艺参数,并通过实际试制生产进行验证完善,使得该车型构架得以顺利生产,并为其余车型构架生产提供参考。

Abstract: In this paper, the welding technology of CKD9A locomotive bogie frame (including side-beam) exporting to Turkmenistan was analysized. According to the service environment, structure characteristics and material characteristics of the locomotive, the technological parameters of the frame assembly capacity, artificial semi-automatic CO2 welding process parameter and manipulator automatic welding process parameters were initially set. These were validated by actual trial production, which made the model frame production smoothly. Therefore, this research can provide a reference value for other models.
