摊铺机发动机节能控制技术研究

摘 要: 通过对摊铺机发动机性能的分析研究,发现摊铺机保持恒速作业时,负载的变化会引起发动机输出功率的变化,不改变油门开度就会大大降低燃油效率。为解决上述问题,提出采用模糊PID控制方法的油门控制系统,并借助Matlab对所提系统进行建模仿真,结果表明:采用模糊PID控制技术的油门控制系统能按需输出油门开度值,降低油耗率。

Title: Study of energy saving control technology on paver engine

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the property of paver engine, we found that when paver keeping constant traveling velocity, the load change could cause the change of engine power output. If we did not change the throttle opening size, the fuel efficiency would reduce greatly. To solve the above problems, a throttle control system with fuzzy PID control method was proposed. With the help of Matlab, the throttle control system was modeled. Simulation results showed that the system of fuzzy PID control technology could output the required values of the throttle opening, thus reduced the fuel consumption rate.
