大功率脉冲MIG焊逆变电源研究

摘 要: 介绍一种基于数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP)的大功率脉冲熔化极惰性气体(metal inert-gas,MIG)焊逆变电源。根据脉冲电源的脉冲波形调制原理,利用DSP产生了适用于全桥逆变的脉冲宽度调制 (pulse width modulation,PWM)波形,进行电源外特性、动特性和大功率输出试验。结果表明:电源具有良好的外特性、动特性和大功率输出,系统稳定可靠,能很好地满足脉冲MIG焊接工艺要求。

Title: Study on high power pulsed MIG welding inverter power supply

Abstract: A novel high power pulsed metal inert-gas (MIG) welding inverter power supply based on digital signal processor (DSP) was introduced in this paper. In order to meet the requirements of the pulsed waveform modulation of pulsed MIG welding, according to the modulation principle of pulse power supply, a pulse width modulation (PWM) waveform which used in full-bridge inverter was produced based on DSP. The proposed pulsed MIG welding inverter power supply was tested on the external characteristics, the dynamic characteristics and high power output. The results indicated that the novel pulsed MIG welding inverter power supply possessed excellent dynamics and static characteristics and reliably high power output performance, which can meet the requirements of pulsed MIG welding well.
