挤压机前梁铸件充型过程数值模拟

摘 要: | 对挤压机前梁铸件充型过程进行分析,设计合理的阶梯式浇注系统。首先,根据挤压机前梁铸件的尺寸形状,设计出阶梯式浇注系统。然后,利用有限元软件PROCAST对初始工艺方案的流动场进行模拟分析,并对初始工艺方案进行优化改进,同时对优化后的工艺方案进行流动场的数值模拟。最后,对初始工艺方案和优化工艺方案建立水力学模型,并对这2种工艺方案下的钢液流动状态进行分析。通过分析验证,优化工艺方案下铸件充型过程平稳,不易产生缺陷。 |

Abstract: | In this paper, the extrusion machine front beam casting filling process was analyzed, and a reasonable step gating system was designed. Firstly, according to the shape of the size of the beam casting, a reasonable step gating system was designed. Then, the flow field analysis of the initial process was simulated using the finite element software PROCAST, and the initial process scheme was optimized. At the same time, the flow field of optimized process solutions were simulated. Finally, hydraulics models of the initial process and the optimization process were built, and the two kinds of process of liquid steel flow state were analyzed. The analysis showed that the optimal casting filling process was smooth, and did not produce defects easily. |
