大功率微弧氧化电源的研制

摘 要: 微弧氧化(micro-arc oxidation, MAO)电源的输出特性直接影响铝合金MAO陶瓷膜的质量。针对不同的加工工艺,需要加工的电源有不同的脉冲频率、占空比及正负脉冲的幅值。在分析MAO工作原理的基础上,研制一台基于现场可编程门阵列(field programmable gate array, FPGA)控制的用于MAO系统的脉冲电源,实现了脉冲的频率、占空比和幅值可在大范围内连续调节。该电源可用于MAO工艺研究、探索最佳工艺参数。在实验中采用该电源对LY12铝合金进行MAO处理,电源设备运行良好。

Abstract: The output characteristics of the micro-arc oxidation (MAO) power source is an important fact for the properties of the ceramic coating on the aluminum alloys prepared by MAO. The output parameters of the MAO power source, such as frequency, voltage and the duty, should be set for different processing technologies. According to the working principle of MAO, a power source based on field programmable gate array (FPGA), which could be used for MAO was developed, and the frequency, duty cycle and amplitude could be changed in some extent. This power source could be used for studying MAO technology and exploring the optimal process parameters. The experiment with the MAO power for LY12 aluminum alloy worked very well.
