珍珠透骨草降血糖活性部位筛选研究

摘 要: 目的:筛选珍珠透骨草降血糖有效部位。方法:珍珠透骨草乙醇提取物经氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇等不同极性溶剂进行萃取得到各部位,采用α-葡萄糖苷酶及α-淀粉酶体外抑制活性模型,测试珍珠透骨草各萃取部位对α-葡萄糖苷酶及α-淀粉酶的抑制活性,筛选并确定珍珠透骨草降血糖的有效部位。结果:珍珠透骨草经氯仿萃取部位α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用明显强于其他极性部位,且接近于阿卡波糖,而各萃取部位α-淀粉酶抑制作用明显弱于阿卡波糖。结论:氯仿萃取部分为珍珠透骨草降血糖的有效部位。

Title: Screening study on hypoglycemic active site of pearl Speranskia tuberculata

Abstract: Objective: Screening the hypoglycemic effective parts of Speranskia tuberculata. Methods: The ethanol extract of S.tuberculata was extracted successively by chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol, and the different extraction sites were obtained. Then, we used α-glucosidase enzyme and α-amylase inhibitory activity model in vitro to test the inhibitory activity of each extraction site of S.tuberculata on α-glucosidase enzyme and α-amylase, and screened and determined the hypoglycemic effective parts of S.tuberculata. Results: The α-glucosidase inhibitory effect of S.tuberculata chloroform parts was obviously stronger than other polar parts, and its inhibitory effect was closed to the acarbose. While the α-amylase inhibition effect of every extraction site was significantly weaker than that of acarbose. Conclusion: The chloroform extraction part is the hypoglycemic effective parts of the S.tuberculata.
