空气过滤材料的寿命预测

摘 要: 选取发泡海绵过滤防尘网为研究对象,通过对其容尘状态的显微微观结构进行分析,建立具有网状结构的空气过滤材料寿命预测模型。实验研究相对湿度和目数对空气过滤材料阻力增长的影响,并利用实验数据对此模型进行验证,证明该模型可指导空气过滤材料在实际中的应用。

Abstract: Foam sponge filter is selected for research and its dust containing microscope structure is analyzed. Based on this analysis, the life time prediction model is established for the air filter with network structure. Furthermore, the effect of relative humidity and mesh number on the time dependency of its pressure drop is experimentally studied and the model is verified by experimental data. It proved that the model can be used for guiding the usage of air filter material in practice.
