超声波预处理对污泥微波辐射干燥的影响

摘 要: 针对超声波预处理污泥在微波辐射干燥过程中的影响进行实验,研究超声波处理时间和超声波密度对干燥特性的影响。结果表明:经超声波预处理后,污泥的微波干燥性能均出现了改善和抑制2种不同的处理效果,具体的改善效果不随超声波处理时间和超声波密度的增大或减小而呈现出单一变化;超声波作用时间的影响更加明显。超声波和微波联合作用后污泥的微观结构分析表明:超声波预处理确实能够有效改变污泥结构。

Title: Effects of ultrasonic pre-treatment on microwave radiation drying characteristics of sewage sludge

Abstract: In this paper, experiments on municipal sludge with ultrasonic pre-treatment and microwave irradiation drying performance were investigated. This research studied the influences of the action time and ultrasonic wave density on the drying characteristics of dewatered sludge. The results showed that, the ultrasonic treatments came two different results of microwave irradiation drying performance: improvement or inhibition. The specific effect did not keep a single change with ultrasonic processing time and ultrasonic density varying. In addition, the duration time exceeded the density in the effects on microwave drying performance. The microstructure of sewage sludge under the combined action of ultrasound wave and microwave indicated that ultrasonic pre-treatment can change the structures of sewage sludge effectively.
