碱性条件下脱水污泥厌氧酸化对污泥性能的影响

摘 要: | 为研究污泥厌氧酸化对污泥性能的影响,采用脱水污泥进行厌氧酸化实验,在温度为20℃,pH值为10的条件下厌氧酸化20 d,对比研究2种不同来源的污泥(A厂和B厂)在厌氧酸化过程中的溶解性化学需氧量(soluble chemical oxygen demand,SCOD)、比阻(specific resistance to filtration, SRF)及热值等的变化情况。结果表明:A,B两厂的SCOD均在第6天达到最高值,A厂为6 400 mg/L,是同期B厂(3 760 mg/L)的近2倍,同时A厂污泥的SCOD/总氮(total nitrogen,TN)的值在11.9~27.5范围内,具有较高的作为反硝化碳源的潜力;A厂和B厂的脱水污泥在厌氧酸化过程中,其挥发性固体悬浮物/总固体悬浮物(volatile suspended solids/suspended solids,VSS/SS)均降低,其中B厂污泥的VSS/SS值降低的速率比A厂快;比阻随着酸化的进行均升高,分别达到3.77×1015 m/kg和2.25×1015 m/kg,脱水性能明显变差;两厂脱水污泥的挥发分和热值随着酸化的进行逐渐降低,说明酸化过程不仅削减了污泥中有机质的含量,也消耗热值。A厂污泥厌氧酸化6 d后的污泥热值仍高于褐煤,而B厂污泥厌氧酸化6 d后的污泥热值则远远低于褐煤。所得结果可为厌氧酸化后污泥的处理和处置提供参考。 |

Abstract: | In this paper, different sources of dehydrated sludge from plant A and plant B, was subjected for 20 d to investigate the effects of anaerobic fermentation on the sludge’s properties such as soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD), specific resistance to filtration (SRF) and calorific value with the condition of 20℃ and pH being 10. The results showed that the SCOD reached maximum value at the sixth day with 6 400 mg/L at plant A which was about 2 times of plant B (3 760 mg/L). The SCOD/ total nitrogen (TN) ratio varied from 11.9 to 27.5 at plant A, which could be as a carbon source for biological denitrification. The volatile suspended solids/suspended solids (VSS/SS) ratio decreased with time at plant A and B, and the ratio at plant B decreased more quickly than that of plant A. The SRF increased to 3.77×1015 m/kg and 2.25×1015 m/kg with fermentation respectively. The volatile contents and calorific values decreased with fermentation which suggested that the organic compounds and calorific values were all consumed by the fermentation. The calorific value of plant A at the sixth day was higher than that of lignite, but the calorific value of plant B at the sixth day is lower than that of lignite. The results provide the conferences for fermentation sludge disposal. |
