粉煤灰原料颗粒吸附剂的制备及其吸附性能研究

摘 要: 以粉煤灰为骨料、凹凸棒土为粘结剂、淀粉为造孔剂,采用低温煅烧技术制备得到粉煤灰颗粒吸附材料(granular adsorbent based on coal fly ash, GAF)。以亚甲基蓝(methylene blue, MB)吸附量为指标,采用正交实验法对煅烧温度、升温速率、保温时间、淀粉添加量等实验条件进行优化。确定了GAF的最佳制备条件:煅烧温度600℃,升温速率1℃/min,保温时间1 h,淀粉添加量30%. 吸附实验结果表明:GAF-0的吸附量可达164 mg/g,散失率为0.48%,4次再生的再生效率依次为98%,96%,95%,92%.

Title: Preparation and performance of granular adsorbent based on coal fly ash

Abstract: In this paper, a granular adsorbent based on coal fly ash (GAF) was prepared from coal fly ash and attapulgite by adding starch as a pore-forming agent and calcinated at low temperature. The effects of calcinated temperature, heating rate, the time of thermal preservation and the amount of adding starch on the adsorption of the methylene blue (MB) were studied and the optimum preparation conditions were investigated using Taguchi method. Based on the visual analysis, the optimized conditions were calcinated temperature of 600℃, heating rate of 1℃/min, thermal preservation time of 1 h and the amount of adding starch of 30%. Adsorption test results showed that the adsorption capacity of GAF-0 reached to 164 mg/g, and the spallation loss ratio was 0.48%. Four times regeneration efficiency were 98%, 96%, 95% and 92%, respectively.
