钢筋桁架楼承板施工技术及经济性分析

| 摘 要： | 根据厦门世茂海峡大厦超高层项目的楼板结构体系，介绍了超高层建筑中通用的楼面结构体系及其优劣势，对项目采用的钢筋桁架楼承板的施工技术进行了详细分析，并针对钢筋桁架楼承板施工过程中的技术难点进行重点介绍，提出解决技术难点的具体办法，在施工技术分析基础之上，对钢筋桁架楼承板-混凝土组合楼板、压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板及现浇混凝土楼板楼面结构体系的经济性进行分析对比，从而得出各楼面体系的综合成本及工程费用，为楼板体系选型和成本控制提供依据。通过对钢筋桁架楼承板施工技术和经济性的分析，为同类超高层结构设计及施工提供参考。 |

| Abstract： | In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the floor system, with widely used in the high-rise building, were discussed based on the Xiamen Shimao Haixia building. Then the construction technology of the steel bar truss used in this high-rise building was discussed. And the technical difficulties of the steel bar truss were analysised in detail. The solution of these technical difficulties was put forward. The economic of the steel bar truss-concrete composite slab, cold-formed steel-concrete composite slab and reinforced concrete slab were discussed based on the construction technology. Then the comprehensive cost of construction and cost of construction were obtained, and the basis of the selection of the slab system and the cost control were also gotten. Through the analysis of the construction technology and economic of the steel bar truss, the references were provided for the same structure high-rise building. |
