考虑规格材布置方式的胶合木梁柱螺栓-钢填板节点性能研究

摘 要: 研究采用不同胶合方式的胶合木梁柱螺栓-钢填板节点在单调和低周反复荷载作用下的转动性能。常见的胶合木梁柱螺栓-钢填板节点中胶合木采用水平铺设规格材并胶合的方式,在弯矩作用下胶合木构件沿平行于胶缝方向发生木材横纹劈裂破坏,因而破坏具有明显的脆性破坏特征。通过竖向布置胶合木规格材,木材横纹劈裂的发展受到胶缝的限制,而由于胶缝通常具有比木材横纹方向更高的弹性模量和极限承载力,因而节点具有更好的延性和耗能性能。试验结果表明:在单调以及低周反复荷载作用下,竖向胶合的梁柱螺栓-钢填板节点的延性有显著提高,单调荷载作用下节点的极限承载力和相应的转角,以及破坏弯矩相对应的转角相比水平胶合节点分别提高了27%,62%和68%;在低周反复荷载作用下,节点的耗能比最大提高20%. 研究成果对于胶合木结构的合理设计、应用具有重要的工程意义。

Title: Rotational behavior of bolted glulam beam-to-column connections with different lamina alignments

Abstract: This paper presented a recent experimental research on the rotational behavior of bolted beam-to-column connections with steel plates under monotonic and cyclic loading. Generally flatwise laminated glulam members (horizontal alignment of laminas) were applied in this kind of connections, and brittle splitting failures often happened in these connections. Using edgewise laminated glulam members (vertical alignment of laminas), the development of splitting failure could be limited by glue lines, and these innovative connections exhibited higher stiffness and moment bending capacity because of high strength of glue. The experimental results showed that under monotonic and cyclic loading, the ductility ratio of edgewise laminated specimens were extraordinarily high compared with that of flatwise laminated specimens. For monotonic loading, the ultimate moment capacity, the rotation angle for the ultimate moment capacity and the rotation angle for the failure moment were increased by 27%, 62% and 68% respectively. For cyclic loading, the energy dissipation ratio of edgewise laminated specimen was higher (up to 20%) than that of flatwise laminated specimen. Therefore, the edgewise laminated glulam connections gained their own value in practical timber frame structures.
