基于流域保护的丘陵城市土地利用规划策略

摘 要: 目前流域管理方法难以防止景观破碎化对流域生态系统造成的破坏。针对如何在土地利用规划尺度上防止这些影响发生,制定出了基于地理信息系统(geographic information system, GIS)的丘陵地区城市土地利用规划技术框架,并应用于长沙市望城区滨江片地区研究中。研究结果包括滨江片地区潜在湿地生态廊道以及湿地所在流域的径流结构。在对研究结果进行耦合分析的基础上,进一步提出了利于流域生态保护的土地利用规划策略。

Title: Urban land use planning strategies in hilly areas based on conservation of watershed

Abstract: Current watershed management approach fails to prevent watershed ecosystem from the destruction caused by landscape fragmentation. Aiming at how to avoid the occurring of these impacts, this work proposes an urban land use planning technique framework in hilly areas based on geographic information system (GIS) and applies it to the Binjiang area of Wangcheng district in Changsha city as a research case. The study results include potential wetland ecological corridor and the drainage texture of watershed where these wetlands locate. On a basis of integrating these analysis results, the land use planning strategies that favors to the ecological conservation of watershed are further put forward.
