浅析英国风景特质评估体系及对我国的借鉴启示

| 摘 要： | 从3个不同时间段的演变历程对英国风景特质评估(landscape character assessment, LCA)体系进行简单的梳理和分析，并对评估体系的主要特点、评估原则、特质识别、作出判断以及评估过程中的各个步骤进行详细阐述，同时也指出我国在LCA方面的研究存在较大缺陷。这里旨在对LCA体系中的基本概念、评估思想、评估方式等进行解析，为国内LCA的理论与实践研究提供一定的借鉴启示作用。此外，还从构建普遍受用的评估方法概念框架、提炼具有弹性的方法论以及遵循“价值中立”概念等方面提出了几点浅薄建议。 |

| Abstract： | This paper analyzes the British landscape character assessment (LCA) system from three different periods evolving process, in real detail at the features, principles, characterization, making judgements and every steps of process. At the same time, this paper points out the imperfect of China LCA. This article aims to analyze the basic concept, assessment ideas, assessment approach of LCA, in order to provide primary references and inspiration for theoretical and practical study of LCA in relevant areas of China. In addition, the author proposes some advices from a commonly shared conceptual framework of assessment method, flexibility methodology, following value-free concept, etc. |
