甘蔗与蔗茅回交BC1代材料的ISSR多态性分析

摘 要: 将甘蔗品种崖城89-9与野生蔗茅进行杂交产生F1代,由于甘蔗遗传具有极大的变异性,因此对产生后代F1与新台糖10号、崖城93-26进行回交,将回交BC1材料及其亲本的简单重复序列区间(inter-simple sequence repeat,ISSR)标记分析后代多态性以及后代与亲本之间的相关性。11条引物共扩增出121条条带,其中有109条为多态性条带,多态率达到90.08%,表明甘蔗与蔗茅杂交各BC1代材料间有较大的遗传分化。聚类分析结果表明:BC1材料有优先与母本聚在一起的趋势,说明母本遗传物质在子代中占优势。

Title: ISSR polymorphism analysis on BC1 progenies between Saccharum officenarum and Erianthus fulvus

Abstract: The Saccharum officenarum (sugarcane) Yacheng 89-9 was hybridized with wild Erianthus fulvus to produce the F1 generation. Since the genetic of sugarcane had great variability, the F1 generation was backcrossed with Xintaitang 10 and Yacheng 93-26 respectively. Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers analysis on BC1 progenies that derived from intergeneric hybridization and their parents was performed. The results showed that totally 121 bands were amplified using 11 primers, among which 109 were polymorphic bands and the polymorphism was 90.08%, indicating that there were more broad genetic differentiation among the BC1 progenies. Clustering result showed that BC1 progenies were preferential cluster with female parents, indicating that genetic material of female parents were predominant in BC1 progenies.
