有机朗肯循环工质的研究现状

摘 要: 工质选取是有机朗肯循环(organic Rankine cycle,ORC)中的关键技术,对国内外ORC所涉及的工质进行较为全面的调研和分析,列出目前ORC商业化产品中所使用的工质,对其所存在的问题进行分析,并对中低温与高温ORC可用的纯质工质进行总结和分析。最后,介绍混合工质在ORC中的研究现状。ORC工质的研究现状表明:如同一直困扰制冷领域的替代工质问题,ORC的工质还需要进行不断深入的研究,尤其是在高温ORC中。

Title: Summary of research on working fluids for organic Rankine cycle

Abstract: Selection of working fluids is one of the key issues in organic Rankine cycle (ORC). In this paper, the research status of working fluids for ORC in domestic and foreign was reviewed. Working fluids for commercial ORC were illustrated with existing problems summarized. Pure fluids at low-middle temperature and high temperature were presented and compared respectively. At last, current research of fluid mixtures for ORC was introduced. The overview of working fluids in this paper revealed that ORC needed a demand of further exploration or the appearance of new invented fluid. Although it was available as an ideal fluid at certain operating conditions, however, no exact fluid had been proved perfectly suitable at high temperature.
