无位置传感器IPMSM全阶滑模观测器研究

摘 要: 为提高无传感器内置式永磁同步电机(interior permanent magnet synchronous motor,IPMSM)控制系统的转子位置动态观测性能,研究一种以电流、扩展反电动势为状态变量的高阶滑模观测器(sliding mode observer,SMO)。基于IPMSM扩展反电动势(extended electromotive force, EEMF)模型,建立两相静止坐标系中的全阶状态观测器方程。根据Lyapunov稳定性定理,提出一种简化的SMO反馈增益矩阵参数设计方法,并着重分析系统的动态响应性能与参数之间的关系。最后通过IPMSM无位置传感器矢量控制系统对该高阶SMO的观测性能进行验证。

Abstract: In order to improve the rotor position estimation performance of position sensorless interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) control system in the dynamic situation, a high-order sliding mode observer (SMO), of which the state variables were current and extended electromotive force (EEMF), was analyzed in this paper. Then, based on the EEMF model of IPMSM, a full-order state equation in the stationary reference frame was established. On the basis of Lyapunov analysis, a simplified method of designing the feedback gain matrix for SMO was presented. The relationship between the parameters of the feedback-gain matrix and the dynamic response performance was studied specially. The experimental results demonstrated the feasibility of the position SMO with a position sensorless IPMSM control system.
