高性能V型肋片通道内蒸汽流动和传热特性的数值研究

摘 要: 在带肋单通道蒸汽强化换热试验研究的基础上,采用SSG雷诺应力湍流模型,求解三维定常雷诺平均Navier-Stokes(N-S)方程,对30°,45°,60° 3种高性能V型肋片通道进行蒸汽/空气流动的数值计算,同时研究雷诺数(Re)对矩形带肋通道中冷却气体的流动和传热特性的影响,并比较分析2种冷却介质对肋化通道的冷却效果。结果表明:45°及60°V型肋通道的综合热力性能基本相同,而30°V型肋片通道的综合热力性能较差。蒸汽的冷却效果优于空气,在相同的流动条件下,对于30°,45°,60°V型带肋通道,蒸汽的热力性能系数比空气分别高42.0%,55.0%,48.6%.

Title: Numerical research on heat transfer and flow loss in a rectangular channel with high-performance V-shaped ribs

Abstract: On the basis of experimental study on steam forced heat transfer in the ribbed channels, the SSG Reynolds stress turbulent model was adopted to solve the three dimensional steady Reynold-averaged Navier-Stokes (N-S) equations. The numerical simulation was carried out to a rectangular channel with three different angled V-shaped ribs (30� 45� 60�. To compare the cooling performance of steam and that of the traditional compressor air, steam and air were chosen as the coolants in this paper. We studied the influence of Reynolds number (Re) on flow and heat transfer characteristics and analyzed comparatively the cooling effects of two coolants on the ribbed surface. The results showed that the thermal performance of the 45�V-shaped ribbed channel was the same as that of the 60�V-shaped ribbed channel, while that of 30�V-shaped ribbed channel was poorer. A comparative study of thermal performances of steam convective cooling and air cooling demonstrated that using steam as a coolant had a better cooling effectiveness than using air as a coolant. The thermal performance coefficients of steam cooling in the 30� 45� 60癡-shaped ribbed channel steam was about 42.0%, 55.0%, 48.6% higher respectively than those of air cooling at the same flow conditions.
