超低温保存箱性能研究

摘 要: 分析比较了复叠式制冷系统制冷剂的特性,在此基础上选择R404A/R508B作为超低温保存箱复叠式制冷系统的高、低温级循环制冷剂。根据研究需要搭建了复叠式制冷系统实验装置。结果表明:利用R404A/R508作为制冷剂的复叠式制冷系统的超低温保存箱在6 h内箱内温度可以降低至-82℃,系统运行安全、平稳,能够满足超低温保存箱制冷性能的要求。

Title: Study on the performance of ultra low temperature refrigerator

Abstract: The performances of refrigerants used in cascade refrigeration system was analysized and compared in this work. R404A/R508B was chosen as the refrigerant of ultra low temperature refrigeratore based on the above comparing work. An experimental apparatus of cascade refrigeration system was set up. The experimental results showed that the temperature of ultra low temperature refrigerator using R404A/R508B as refrigerant could drop to -82℃ within 6 hours. The system ran well and stably, which could meet the requirements of refrigeration of ultra low temperature refrigerator.
