偏差和啮合刚度对双圆弧齿轮冲击影响分析

摘 要: 分析双圆弧齿轮轴节误差和瞬时啮合刚度对双圆弧齿轮冲击产生的影响。根据不同啮合状态建立双圆弧齿轮啮合冲击的动力学模型,建立冲击速度计算公式,确定冲击发生的起始位置及其坐标公式以及冲击半径的计算公式。同时,分析齿轮啮合刚度对冲击的影响,提出为减小啮合刚度对冲击的影响而对重合度的要求。

Abstract: The effect of axial deviation and meshing stiffness on double circular arc gear were analysed in the paper. According to the mechanical dynamics and dynamics of gear system, the gear meshing impact dynamic model was firstly built only considering tooth error and concave tooth as active tooth in the model. The reverse method and the graphing method were used to determine the starting positions of impact and build impact radius coordinate formulas. The effect of meshing stiffness on the impact was analysized and the method of decreasing impact caused by meshing stiffness was also proposed in the paper.
