CO2重整CH4反应镍基催化剂积碳与消碳研究进展

摘 要: CO2重整CH4反应具有环境保护与资源利用的双重效益,该反应过程中发生的积碳和消碳反应对催化剂活性和稳定性有至关重要的影响。这里综述了催化剂上的积碳种类、影响积碳的因素和提高催化剂的抗积碳能力3方面内容,并从控制Ni颗粒尺寸、过程控制和增强催化剂消碳能力3方面分析了提高催化剂抗积碳能力的策略。综述为开发和设计高效稳定的CO2重整CH4催化剂提供一定的参考。

Title: Advances in the study of the deposition and elimination of carbon over Ni-based catalyst for CO2 reforming of CH4

Abstract: Reaction of CO2 reforming of CH4 possessed good environmental and economical benefits. It had an important effect of the deposition and elimination of carbon occurred in this process on the activity and stability of catalyst. The present paper reviewed the types of the carbon deposition, the influence factors of carbon deposition and the way to enhance the ability of resisting of the carbon deposition. The strategies for the improvement of catalyst stability via controlling the particle size of the Ni species, controlling parameters and enhancing the ability of carbon elimination were analyzed, which was expected to provid the references for developing more effective and stable methane reforming catalysts.
