碳纳米管修饰磁性纳米粒子固相萃取石墨炉原子吸收测定环境水样中铅

摘 要: 制备了多壁碳纳米管(multi-walled carbon nanotubes,MWCNTs)修饰的磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子,并采用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscopy,SEM)、红外(infrared, IR)光谱、X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)对磁性纳米粒子进行表征。用碳纳米管修饰的磁性纳米颗粒作固体萃取剂,与石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计(graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,GFAAS)联用,优化了实验条件,并对环境水样中的铅(Pb)进行测定。结果表明:Pb(II)的线性范围为0.40~100.00 μg/L,线性回归方程为A=0.001 21C-0.001 7(μg/L),相关系数为0.999 6. 检出限(3σ)为0.29 μg/L. 相对标准偏差(reative staudard deviation, RSD)为2.82%(c=0.5 μg/L,n=5,样品体积为5 mL),富集倍数为137. 在实际样品分析中,海水样品的加标回收率均在95%以上,获得满意的结果。

Title: Magnetic solid-phase microextraction based on WMCNTs/Fe3O4 nanoparticles for the determination of trace Pb in environmental samples with GFAAS

Abstract: In this paper, multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) modified Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were prepared through coupling agent. The magnetic nanoparticles were characterized through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared (IR) spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Then, we used the carbon nanotubes modified magnetic nanoparticles as extraction agent to extract Pb in the environmental water samples, optimize the extraction conditions and determine with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). In this method, the linear range of Pb (II) was 0.40-100.00 μg/L, the linear regression equation was A=0.001 21C-0.001 7 (μg/L), correlation coefficient was 0.999 6. Limit of detection (3σ) was 0.29 μg/L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.82 % (c=0.5 μg/L, n=5, sample volume of 5 mL), the enrichment factor was 137. The recovery of spiked target compounds in seawater were higher 95% and reference materials indicating satisfactory results.
