终端通信接入网设备运行质量综合评估方法

摘 要: 针对终端通信接入网的特点,对通信设备进行分析,并首次基于灰度关联和层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)联合模型建立对设备运行质量的综合评估方法。首先建立了评价设备运行质量的指标体系,然后利用AHP确定各层指标的权重,并采用灰度关联分析确定指标之间的关系,从而实现对终端通信接入网设备运行质量的综合评价分析。结合一个现网数据的分析,结果表明,该方法评价结果易于定量表示设备运行质量,更为精确、客观。

Title: Integrated assessment method for operational quality of devices in communication terminal access networks

Abstract: Based on analysis for features of communication terminal access networks in smart grid, we construct integrated assessment method for operational quality of devices based on combination of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey correlation model for the first time. The method firstly establishes general hierarchical indicator system for operational devices, then it use AHP to determine weights of each indicator of different hierarchies. Next, grey correlation analysis is adopted to determine quantity relations among indicators. Integrated assessment results for different devices can be obtained through above steps. With analysis from a practical network, it denotes our method can easily quantify operational quality of devices in communication terminal access networks more precisely and objectively.
