基于优化分析的三等级一次计数抽样检验的计算方法

摘 要: 运用优化理论建立以生产方和使用方风险与计算值差的平方和为目标函数的三等级一次计数抽样检验计算模型,改进了原来用非线性超越方程组计算抽样检验的计算模型,避免了求解繁琐的非线性超越方程组。采用成熟的算法,利用Matlab或Maple等软件进行处理,大大降低了求解的复杂度。并以生产方风险和使用方风险为指标,计算平均百分误差评价所设计的抽样方案。最后,通过实例分析验证该模型的正确性和可用性。结果表明,所建立的计算模型能较好地设计抽样方案,对工程应用有一定的参考价值。

Title: Computational method for single attributes sampling plans for three-class products based on the optimization theory

Abstract: Based on the optimization theory, a computational model was established in the paper, in which the sum of squares of the errors between two risks and the adjusted values for three-class single attributes sampling was taken as an optimization objection. Compared with conventional sampling method, this method could avoid computational complexity on a nonlinear set of equations using Matlab or Maple softwares. In addition, an average percent error was used to evaluate the designed sampling plans. At last, a numerical example was presented, and it was demonstrated by the computation analysis that the method was correct and feasible, and was also useful for the engineering.
