汽车侧碰关键安全部件高强度钢匹配方法研究

摘 要: 基于敏感度分析和多目标优化算法,提出一种汽车侧碰关键安全部件高强度材料匹配的方法。首先,建立了整车侧面碰撞有限元模型及其耐撞性指标;然后,采用汽车侧碰传力路径和正交敏感度分析方法,提取侧面碰撞的关键安全部件,从而缩小了优化设计空间;最后,结合近似模型方法和多目标遗传算法,给出了适合材料匹配的优化方案以提高该车型的侧面耐撞性能。结果表明,该方法具有较高的准确性和有效性,能在提高汽车侧面耐撞性能的同时,实现汽车轻量化。

Title: Research on the material matching method for auto-body key safety components based on car side impact

Abstract: Based on sensitivity analysis approach and multi-objective optimization approach, a material matching method for the design of auto-body key safety components associated with side crash was proposed. Firstly, a full vehicle finite element model was established for the side impact simulation, and a side crashworthiness evaluating index was proposed. Secondly, in order to minimize the design space, key components related to side impact crashworthiness were selected by load path analysis and orthogonal design sensitivity analysis. Finally, by combining approximate technology and multi-objective algorithm, an optimized material matching plan was given out, and as a result the side impact crashworthiness of the vehicle enhanced. The results showed that the proposed optimization procedure could not only improve the crashworthiness of side structure, but also realize the lightweight of vehicle, and this method had high accuracy and strong practicality.
