基于RADIOSS的平衡悬架动态性能分析

摘 要: 平衡悬架常用于重型车中后桥、后桥与车架之间的连接,使两后桥能相对独立运动,结构相对复杂。研究平衡悬架部分零部件的有限元网格划分,根据该悬架结构承载情况,基于RADIOSS的BLOCK求解器对平衡悬架总成进行含非线性接触的随时间变化的动态载荷作用下动态性能分析。将工程使用实际情况与仿真结果进行对比分析,进而研究不同接触类型及接触参数对计算结果的影响。结果表明:最大应力并没有超过平衡轴支架材料的许用应力。

Abstract: Balanced suspension is often used in heavy duty vehicle to connect the axle with the frame. Relatively, it can make the two rear axles move more independent and it can also make their structures more complex. This topic finished the finite element mesh division in the parts of balance suspension. According to the dynamic performance analysis of how this performance changes during the BLOCK slover based on the RADIOSS nonlinear contacted with the balanced suspension, this topic studied the influences of the different contact types and contact parameters on calculation results. Finally, it compared the simulation results with the actual engineering situation. The results showed that, the maximum stress exceeded the allowable stress of the balance shaft support materials.
