着装方式对人体热反应影响的实验研究

摘 要: 服装是影响人体热舒适的一个重要因素。为研究着装方式对人体热反应的影响,利用人工气候室分别营造中性至冷环境的3个温度水平,在各温度水平下选取3种典型着装方式(基本着装及分别增加相同热阻值的上身和下身着装),开展着装对热舒适响应的人体实验。结果显示:22℃时,增加上身或下身的服装热阻均能显著提高人体舒适度;16℃时,上身的服装热阻相对于下身在影响热舒适方面的权重较大;而10℃时,下身的服装热阻相对于上身则具有更大的权重。结果说明,在应用热舒适评价指标时,如预测平均投票数(predicted mean vote,PMV),国际标准规定的单件服装热阻直接叠加的计算方式存在一定缺陷,可以考虑在不同热环境中对其进行修正。

Abstract: Clothing is an important factor affecting human thermal comfort. In order to study the impact of the way of clothing regulatory on thermal response of human, a climate chamber was used to create condition of three temperature levels from neutral environment to the cold, and 3 typical ways of dressing were selected for each temperature level (basic clothing and addition of clothing with the same clothing insulation crossing the upper and under part of body) to carry out the human experiment of response of the way of dressing to thermal comfort. The results showed that thermal comfort could be obviously improved by increasing clothing of the upper or under part of body at 22℃. The weight of clothing insulation of upper part of body was larger than that of the under part at 16℃. The weight of clothing insulation of under part of body was larger than that of the upper part at 10℃. These results suggested that there were some defects in the way of calculation of direct superposition of single clothing insulation defined in the international standard in the application of index evaluating thermal comfort [such as predicted mean vote (PMV)], thus modifications should be considered for different thermal environments.
