大型真空环境吸收式传热传质实验台搭建与性能分析

摘 要: 搭建了大型真空环境下的吸收式传热传质实验台。详细介绍了该实验台的原理、结构,和实际搭建完成后实验台的基本性能,包括真空性能、调控性能、工况稳定性能、测量精度、观测性能等。目前该大型真空环境下吸收式传热传质实验台已经投入正常使用。作为国内外首个大型真空环境下吸收式热泵的部件性能实验台,该实验台已经建设成为吸收式热泵研究的通用基础平台,可用于真空环境下包括水的蒸发冷凝、溴化锂(lithium bromide,LiBr)-水溶液的发生吸收等与吸收式换热设备相关的多种传热传质过程的研究,同时也能用于新型吸收式热泵的研究开发等。

Abstract: A novel test bench for vacuum heat and mass transfer processes is set up and now is passed strict multi-step leak detection and the system regulating process. In this paper, the principle and structure and running performance including the vacuum performance, control performance, stable operation performance, measuring precision, measurement performance etc are reported. Now the test bench is put into use successfully. As the first test bench for components of absorption heat pumps under vacuum conditions, the general basic experimental platform can be applied to all kinds of relevant heat and mass transfer phenomenon such as evaporation and condensation of water, absorption and generation of the lithium bromide (LiBr) solution, and also the development of new machines.
