基于节点剩余能量与通信代价的WSNs簇头选择算法

摘 要: 在分析无线传感器网络(wireless sensor networks,WSNs)层次路由协议簇头选择方法的基础上,以延长WSNs的生存周期为目标,提出了一种新的WSNs层次路由协议簇头选择方法。该算法在选择簇头时,考虑了节点的剩余能量和普通节点之间的通信代价。仿真结果表明,该算法延长了网络的生存周期,与低功耗自适应集簇分层型协议(low energy adaptive clustering hierarchy,LEACH)中随机选择簇头相比,网络生存周期约延长了1倍。

Title: A new cluster head selection algorithm in WSNs based on node residual energy and communication cost

Abstract: Based on analyzing the hierarchical routing protocol for wireless sensor networks (WSNs), this paper proposes a new algorithm to chose cluster to extend the lifetime of WSNs. The algorithm takes into account the residual energy of nodes and cost of communication between cluster heads and ordinary nodes. Simulation results show that compared with low energy adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH) protocol randomly selected cluster head, the algorithm extends the network lifetime approximately doubled.
