折弯机上模快速夹紧系统动态设计

摘 要: 减少折弯机上模更换时间是提高折弯机工作效率的重要手段,为此研究设计一款新型液压式折弯机上模夹紧系统。首先对夹紧系统进行原理分析和结构设计,然后利用多体动力学方法对夹紧系统的活动部件运动性能进行动态仿真,并基于有限元方法对夹具体的结构力学性能进行分析。最后结合动态仿真和有限元分析,验证所设计系统的可行性。

Abstract: Efficiency of changing the upper molds largely influences the efficiency of bending works. In this paper, a hydraulic upper mold clamping system of press brake is designed. Based on the introduction of the operational principle and structural design of the clamping system, a multibody dynamics method is utilized to dynamic simulation of the key components. Finite element analysis is applied on clamping device to analyze the mechanical properties of the clamping system. The results which come from dynamic simulation and finite element analysis confirm the practicability of the upper mold clamping device presented in this paper.
