单发动机扫路车动力传动系统研究

摘 要: 针对扫路车功率利用率低的问题和低碳环保的要求,根据理论分析,结合国内外扫路车动力传动系统现状,对扫路车采用双发动机或是单发动机作为动力源进行初步分析比较,得出采用单发动机作为扫路车动力源在经济性能及使用性能上均有其优越性。在现有单发动机扫路车动力系统的基础上,对其进行分析探讨和改进,对主要零部件进行初步选型,并对其经济、社会效益进行分析,以期推进单发动机扫路车动力传动系统的研究。

Abstract: Aiming at the low of power utilization and the need of low-carbon environmental protection, based on the theoretical analysis, combined with domestic and international status of road sweeping vehicle power transmission system, this paper made a preliminary analysis and comparison on road sweeper as using double-engine or single-engine as a power source, and drew the conclusion of using a single engine as the power source for road sweeper has its advantages on the performance of economic and operational. It made an analysis and improvement on the basis of existing single-engine road sweeper power system, and made a preliminary selection of the main parts. The paper also has analyzed its economic and social benefits, so as to make some contribution for the study of power transmission system of single-engine road sweeper.
