旋转机械故障智能诊断系统研究

摘 要: | 对大型旋转机械的实时状态监控、设备故障智能预诊、设备性能评估进行研究。开发了可有效进行数据分析处理的故障诊断算法工具箱,该工具箱包含大量时域、频域及时频域的计算分析算法。通过建立性能退化评估模型,在线分析设备运行过程中的状态参数信息,评估设备的性能衰退过程,实现对设备状态实时监控、健康状况评估、剩余寿命预测和维护计划管理等功能。并成功开发了一套集多传感信号处理、特征提取、性能评估与预测技术于一体的旋转设备智能预诊维护系统,并为进一步制定维护计划提供了重要的设备健康信息。 |

Abstract: | This paper aims to develop a monitoring and intelligent prognosis maintenance system for rotating machinery. Multilayer software hierarchical architecture-based designing scheme is adopted in this system. The key technique is the diagnosis toolbox including a large amount of time domain, frequency domain and time & frequency domain analysis algorithm which is used to realize condition-based monitoring, performance degradation assessment, performance degradation prediction and maintenance plan management. This research provides important equipment healthy information for further maintenance plan. |
