基于模糊故障树的混凝土泵泵送液压系统故障诊断与维护策略

摘 要: 为研究混凝土泵泵送液压系统故障发生原因,以混凝土泵泵送液压系统为研究对象,通过分析该系统的工作原理及故障形式,提出对混凝土泵泵送液压系统的故障基于模糊故障树理论的诊断方法。建立该系统的模糊故障树,并对该故障树进行事件模糊化分析和算法研究,指出广度优先算法可用于模糊故障树分析故障诊断问题。最后提出泵送液压系统故障的预防和维护措施。

Title: Study on fault diagnosis of concrete pump pumping hydraulic system based on fuzzy fault tree and maintenance strategy

Abstract: In order to study the reason of the concrete pump pumping hydraulic system failure, taking the concrete pump pumping hydraulic system as the research object, the fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy fault tree theory is put forward through the analysis of working principle and failure forms of the system. The fuzzy fault tree of the system is set up and event fuzzy analysis as well as fuzzy algorithm are conducted, and the conclusion points out that the breadth-first algorithm which carries on the fuzzy fault tree analysis can be used for fault diagnosis. Furthermore, the system fault prevention and maintenance measures are put forward.
