基于振动响应的钢板裂纹检测与定位方法研究

摘 要: 在对实际中钢板上复杂多样的裂纹进行两种具有通用性模拟的基础上,通过有限元建模对振动在有/无裂纹钢板内的传播进行仿真,分析钢板的模态特性及强迫振动响应特性。结合振动传递理论,提出依据振动传播通过裂纹时幅值衰减率会明显增加来判定在2个测点之间存在裂纹的方法。并依此设计实验台、加工实验板材、构建实验系统,对系统进行激励,测量系统的位移响应,分析有/无裂纹系统的位移响应信号,验证所提钢板裂纹检测与定位方法的可行性,并说明固有频率方法在钢板裂纹检测与定位中的局限性。

Title: Research on detection and location of steel plate crack based on the vibration response

Abstract: Considering the irregular of the crack, the crack was simulated firstly. Modal and forced vibration response characteristics of steel plate were analyzed by simulating the mode of vibration when spreading within the steel plate with/without cracks through the finite element method. A method to determine the crack was put forward in this paper based on a large damping on the mode of vibration when spreading through the crack. An experimental system was constructed to measure the displacement response of system. Finally, the feasibility of this crack detection and location method was validated by experiment and the limitations of natural frequency method were illustrated.
