磨料流超精密抛光装备的夹具研究

摘 要: 结合机床工作中的压力、流速、温度等各项参数,确定磨料流机床的工作行程及整体结构。通过对机床各个参数的计算与研究,确定夹具的整体形状与各项尺寸的范围。不同工件所需加工的表面不相同,与夹具体所形成磨料流通通道的方式也有所不同。根据不同种类的夹具设计出与之相对应的夹具体。最后通过ANSYS workbench对磨料流设备中的夹具体关键构件进行静力分析与应力应变分析。

Title: Study of the abrasive flow polishing fixtures

Abstract: Combining the pressure, flow rate, temperature and other parameters in machine work, the working stroke and the overall structure of abrasive flow machine were determined. By calculating and studying the various parameters of the machine, the overall shape and size range of the fixture were determined. Types of surface required to be processed by different workpieces were not the same, the ways of forming abrasive flow passage by which and fixture were different. Depending on the types of fixture, the corresponding fixtures were designed. Finally, static analysis and stress-strain analysis were performed on key components of fixture in abrasive flow device by using ANSYS workbench.
