摩擦力及传动效率对蜗轮蜗杆传动受力的影响分析

摘 要: 针对初学者对普通圆柱蜗杆与蜗轮传动受力分析求解存在一些误区的问题,对蜗轮蜗杆传动受力进行分析研究,指出受力分析存在误区的原因。在常用受力分析方法的基础之上,考虑了摩擦力及传动效率对蜗轮蜗杆传动受力的影响,提出新的可避开误区的分析方法。然后,借助Matlab软件对所提新方法和传统常用方法的相对误差进行比较。结果表明:两种分析方法是近似等价的。

Abstract: For plenty of beginners, there are a lot of myths when they analyze the driving force of the cylindrical worm and worm gear. We attempt to find the root causing the myths by analyzing the driving force carefully. Based on the traditional method, and considering the influence of friction force and transmission efficiency on the driving force, we put forward a new method of avoiding the myth and explaining the reason why the second method is wrong. Then, with the help of Matlab software, we compare the relative errors between the new method and the traditional one. Finally, it is concluded that the two kinds of methods are equivalent.
