磁极轴向分段对永磁体涡流损耗影响的计算与分析

摘 要: 为减小永磁体涡流损耗、降低电机温升及避免出现永磁体过热导致热失磁现象,计算和分析磁极轴向分段对永磁体涡流损耗的影响。以一台额定功率为2.2 kW、变频器供电的内置式永磁同步电动机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)为例,首先利用有限元软件建立三维有限元计算模型;其次对模型剖分及边界条件进行特殊处理,分别从空间谐波与时间谐波两方面计算磁极轴向分段对永磁体涡流损耗的影响;最后通过对计算结果的对比、分析,得出永磁体涡流损耗随磁极段数增加不是一直减小,而是与电机输入电流所含高次谐波成分有关。研究为高速PMSM的设计提供了一个非常有益的结论。

Abstract: For reducing the eddy current loss of permanent magnet, lowering the temperature rise of the motor and avoiding loss of excitation caused by overheat of permanent magnet, the impact of magnet segmentation on permanent magnet eddy current loss was calculated and analyzed. An interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with inverter supplied was taken as an example, rated power of motor was 2.2 kW. Firstly, three-dimensional finite element model was established based on finite element software. Secondly, the model mesh and boundary conditions were dealt specially, permanent magnet eddy current loss was calculated and explained with magnet segmentation from space harmonic and time harmonic respectively. Finally, calculation results were compared and explained and a useful conclusion for high-speed PMSM design had been received, that was with the increase of magnetic pole numbers, permanent magnet eddy current loss was not always reduced, it was related to higher harmonic components of the motor input current.
