机车用质子交换膜燃料电池系统过氧比区域建模

摘 要: 针对大功率机车用质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cell, PEMFC)发电系统在不同工况下运行时存在严重的“氧饥饿”和“氧饱和”问题,通过分析机车用PEMFC发电系统运行机理,建立了系统集中参数模型,并根据不同负载条件,结合系统净输出功率对过氧比(oxygen excess ratio,OER)运行区域的有效划分,实现了OER检测在机车应用中的可行性,将改善系统可靠性和降低系统寄生功耗。最后从稳态响应和动态响应角度出发,对所建系统模型开展了仿真、实验测试和对比分析。

Title: Modeling of OER region of PEMFC system for locomotive

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of “oxygen starvation” and “oxygen saturation” for a proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) power system of high-power locomotive under different working conditions, a lumped parameter model of PEMFC system for locomotive was established based on the operational mechanism of PEMFC system in this paper. According to various load condition, an effective division of oxygen excess ratio (OER) working region and the feasibility of OER detection in locomotive application was also achieved based on this model, and then the static performance and the stability of PEMFC system would be improved. At last, some simulations, experiments and contrastive analysis were carried out in terms of steady state response and dynamic response.
