合成氨装置空气压缩机叶轮振动特性研究

摘 要: 基于有限元分析方法,针对某合成氨装置中空气压缩机组的首级研发叶轮,进行强度校核和振动特性研究。首先,对首级叶轮的强度进行校核;然后,通过转子动力学分析,获得了该叶轮的静频和不同转速下的动频;最后,研究由于叶轮旋转和气体激振所引起的低频激振力和高频激振力对叶轮稳定性的影响。研究表明:研发叶轮满足强度要求,最大应力及振动最大变形均出现在叶轮出口附近,因此,在离心机组的日常运行中应重点关注叶轮出口。

Abstract: Strength verification and vibration characteristics of a developed centrifugal impeller of an air compressor are studied with the finite element method. Firstly, the strength of the first stage impeller is verified. Then, the static frequencies and the dynamic frequencies at different rotation rates are obtained with a rotor dynamic analysis. Finally, the influence of the low frequency and the high frequency exciting forces caused by the impeller rotation on the impeller’s stability is analyzed. The results show that the impeller meets the requirement of strength. Both the largest stress value and the largest deformation due to vibration are located at the outlet of the impeller, where more attention should be payed during the design and operation of the compressor.
