多级孔板首级调整节流特性试验研究

摘 要: 运用试验方法研究降低首级孔板孔径对泄流孔板多级节流特性的影响。试验结果表明:在测量范围内,流体均处于湍流状态,降低首级孔径比,孔板降压能力明显增强;在试验流量段,随着流量的增加,每个孔板组件阻力系数值最终均会达到一确定值,然后将此值作为流量系数获得了多级孔板在实际运行工况下的节流特性;在调节孔径比时,孔板节流特性参数是首级孔径比的负寓公幂律函数,同时该此参数还受孔板其他结构和形状因素的影响,但为确保系统正常工作,不能通过无限减小首级孔径比来获得压降提升。

Title: Experiment study on the throttling characteristics of exchanging the first stage of the multistage orifice

Abstract: The experiment method is presented to investigate the influence of decreasing the diameter of the first stage orifice plate on the multistage throttle characteristics of the letdown orifice tube. And the test results have shown that the flow is always in the turbulent state within the measuring range and the pressure drop coun be enhanced significantly by decreasing the aperture ratio of the first stage. For each orifice plate, the resistance coefficient will eventually reach a constant with the increasing of flow rate within the section of test flow, and the constant is used as a flow rate coefficient to get the multistage throttle characteristics under the real operation condition. The orifice throttling characteristic parameters are the negative power law function of the aperture ratio of the first stage and are influenced by other factors such as the structure and shape of the orifice plate when regulating the aperture ratio. However, the aperture ratio of the first stage coun not be decreased infinitely to improve the pressure drop.
