介孔SiO2材料的制备及其在药物缓释方面的应用

摘 要: 介孔中空SiO2材料作为一种新材料,以其独特的优点,如很大的比表面积和孔道体积、尺寸可控调节及分布较窄的孔径、可控均一的形貌等,以及广阔的应用前景而引起了人们的广泛关注。这里从介孔材料的定义出发,对该领域近年来的发展,特别是介孔SiO2材料的制备方法,如软模板、硬模板、溶胶/凝胶法及层层组装法进行了介绍,最后对介孔SiO2材料在药物缓释方面的应用进展进行了简短的概括。

Abstract: Mesoporous materials attract much attention recently due to its unique properties, such as super high specific surface area and pore volume, tunable and narrow pore size, controllable and uniform morphology. In this short review paper, it begins with the definition of mesoporosity, and then focuses on methodology of the preparation of mesoporous or hollow silica materials, including soft templates, hard templates, sol/gel method, and the layer-by-layer method. At the end of this paper, the applications of mesoporous materials in controllable drug release are included as well.
