Bt水稻对主要非靶标害虫及其天敌群体动态的影响

摘 要: 以转cry1Ab抗虫水稻(B4b92)及其对照明恢86(MH86)为材料,采用吸虫器采样的方法调查了2类稻田中主要非靶标害虫及其天敌群体消长动态。结果显示:与对照MH86相比,B4b92稻田中主要非靶标害虫(飞虱若虫、飞虱成虫混合、叶蝉若虫、叶蝉成虫混合)种群数量在各个调查时期基本没有显著性差异;主要捕食性天敌蜘蛛群体数量在各个调查时期也无显著性差异,而寄生性天敌寄生蜂群体数量在发生高峰期显著低于对照,表明转cry1Ab基因抗虫水稻(B4b92)不会导致非靶标害虫爆发和天敌的非靶标效应。

Title: Effects of Bt rice on population dynamics of the main non-target pests and natural enemies in outdoor fields

Abstract: In this study, the population dynamics of main non-target pests and natural enemies between transferred cry1Ab rice (B4b92) and non-transgenic isoline 86 (MH86) were compared using vacuum-suction machine. The results showed that the population dynamics of main non-target pests (i.e. planthopper nymphae, mixed planthopper population, leafhopper nymphae, mixed leafhopper population) in B4b92 fields were not significantly different from those in MH86 fields during the most of sampling dates. There was no significant difference on the spider population. However, parasitoid wasp population in B4b92 fields was significantly lower than that in MH86 fields during peak period. The results indicate that B4b92 couldn’t make the non-target pests outbreak in a short period, and could not damage the populations of natural enemies.
