量子点敏化太阳能电池研究进展

摘 要: 量子点敏化太阳能电池(quantum dot-sensitized solar cells,QDSCs)因具有高理论能量转换效率和低生产成本而受到太阳能业界的广泛关注。介绍了QDSCs的基本结构和工作原理,描述了纳米晶光阳极结构的优化与改进和量子点(quantum dots,QDs)的结构分类、制备方法,同时简要描述了敏化剂和对电极的发展前景。最后,综合QDSCs所面临的问题,指出了今后QDSCs的发展方向。

Abstract: Quantum dot-sensitized solar cells (QDSCs), which have a high theoretical conversion efficiency and low product cost, have received wide attention in the solar industry. The basic structure and operating principle of QDSCs are presented. Optimization and improvement of the structure of nanocrystalline photoanode, and the structure classification and the preparation methods of quantum dots (QDs) are described. The development prospects of sensitizers and electrodes are also briefly described. Finally, the problems faced by QDSCs are summarized to indicate the development direction of QDSCs in future.
