单晶硅太阳电池双面磷扩散研究

摘 要: 在单晶硅太阳电池的生产过程中,对双面磷扩散吸杂效果进行实验研究。结果表明:双面磷扩散后太阳电池的转换效率(Eff)、开路电压(Uoc)、短路电流(Isc)及并联电阻(Rsh)数据均高于单面磷扩散,说明在吸杂效果上,单晶硅太阳电池在扩散工艺上采用双面磷扩散要好于单面磷扩散。

Abstract: In the production process of monocrystalline silicon solar cells, the experiment of the double phosphorus diffusion gettering effect was carried on. The results showed that the conversion efficiency (Eff) of solar cells prepared by double phosphorous diffusion as well as its open circuit voltage (Uoc), short circuit current (Isc) and the parallel resistance (Rsh) data was higher by comparing with single phosphorus diffusion, which illustrated that on the effect of gettering, the diffusion process by using double phosphorus diffusion was better than single phosphorus diffusion for the monocrystalline silicon solar cells.
