风力机翼型三维气动力特性CFD模拟

摘 要: | 针对某新型风力机专用翼型,采用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法对其在三维条件下的气动力特性进行模拟,并将CFD计算结果与二维条件下及风洞试验所得到的气动力参数进行对比。结果表明,此风力机专用翼型的气动力特性具有比较明显的三维效应。叶片斜率和扭角的变化均会减小翼型的最大升力系数。三维模型随扭角的增大,最大升力系数逐渐减小。与风洞试验结果相比,研究采用的三维模型模拟的风力机升力系数偏小,阻力系数偏大。与二维模型相比,三维模型得到的最大升力系数更接近风洞试验的结果,但阻力系数比二维模型的偏大。 |

Abstract: | In this paper, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method was used to calculate the 3D aerodynamic characteristics of a wind turbine airfoil. The calculated results was compared with wind tunnel test data, which showed that the aerodynamic characteristics of wind turbine airfoil have noticeable three-dimensional effect. Twist angle and the slop of the 3D model have significant influence on the aerodynamic characteristics. The maximum lift coefficient decreased with the increase of twist angle. The maximum lift coefficient obtained from the 2D model is smaller than that from the 3D model. |
