给矿量对棒介质脉动高梯度磁选的影响研究

摘 要: 为研究给矿量对脉动高梯度磁选(pulsating high gradient magnetic separation,PHGMS)分选指标的影响,进而为棒介质高梯度磁选(high gradient magnetil separation,HGMS)的处理量提供一定依据。不同丝间距棒介质排列对棒介质堆内部的磁场分布及磁性矿粒的动力学具有重要影响,从而影响HGMS的分选指标。采用“单元介质”分析法(slice-matrix analysis,SMA),通过3 mm棒介质PHGMS微细粒赤铁矿的试验研究分析给矿量对HGMS指标的影响。结果表明:不同丝间距的棒介质,最大给矿量不同,即对给定的棒介质,存在一个最大给矿量,超过最大值,HGMS指标明显降低。

Abstract: In order to study the effect of feed solids on the pulsating high gradient magnetic separation (PHGMS) performance, so as to provide a basis for feed solids of rod matrix high gradient magnetil separation (HGMS). The arrangement of different spacings between rods in a single matrix layer plays a decisive role on the distribution of magnetic field and the dynamics of magnetic particles in the matrix, thus generating a significant influence on the performance of PHGMS. In the present work, the effect of feed solids on the PHGMS performance of ultrafine hematite is investigated with a 3 mm rod matrix by slice-matrix analysis (SMA) method. The results of investigation indicate that different spacings between rods in a single matrix layer of rod matrix have different maximum feed solids, that means there is a maximum feed solids for a given matrix, beyond which, the performance of PHGMS deteriorates significantly.
