凝聚剂投入量对煤泥水zeta电位的影响

摘 要: 这里采用煤泥水中胶体颗粒的zeta电位来表征其难以沉降的程度,选取典型的金属离子类型凝聚剂,研究不同投入量条件下煤泥水zeta电位的变化规律,为筛选合适的凝聚剂提供理论指导。研究结果表明:不同阳离子型凝聚剂NaCl,KCl,MgSO4,CaCl2,CaO,Al2(SO4)3,FeCl3,聚合氯化铁(PFC),聚合氯化铝(PAC)的加入均能引起煤泥水zeta电位的降低,在相同药剂加入量时,对zeta电位降低效果依次为:CaCl2>MgSO4>PFC>PAC>FeCl3>Al2(SO4)3>CaO>KCl>NaCl. 并且,在加入各种凝聚剂后,煤泥水zeta电位存在一致的降低规律,即zeta电位降低的速度随着加药量的增加而变得缓慢。

Abstract: In this paper, zeta potential was applied to describe its characteristics of settlement, and then the effects of dosage on zeta potential were investigated with typical metallic minerals used as coagulants, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the industrial practice in coal preparation plants. It was indicated that all the coagulants selected were able to reduce particles’ zeta potential, ranked CaCl2>MgSO4>PFC>PAC>FeCl3>Al2(SO4)3>CaO>KCl>NaCl. And for all the agents used, the change regulations of zeta potential were similar, when the inputs were the same. And the more coagulants were added, the slower the zeta potential reducing rate became.
