抗生素使用及水环境残留现状调查分析

摘 要: 开展了S市居民抗生素使用情况的问卷调查分析,实地走访调研医院抗生素使用量,取样分析水厂及天然水体中诺氟沙星及四环素2种抗生素的残留量。结果表明:居民对抗生素使用方法的认知不高及使用正确率不高,医院处方中抗生素使用比例较高。在所取19个水样中均未检出四环素,17个样品检出了诺氟沙星,其中5个样品含量达到了定量限(0.283 9 μg/L),两份污水处理厂尾水水样中诺氟沙星含量最高达1.580 μg/L. 建议加强抗生素的监管与宣传教育力度,水处理中考虑增加相关去除技术。

Title: Investigation and analysis on antibiotic use and antibiotic residues in water environment

Abstract: Residents questionnaire survey of antibiotic use in city S was analyzed and field visit research on hospital antibiotic dosage was conducted. Water sampling in water plants and natural water bodies for analyzing two antibiotic residues, norfloxacin and tetracycline,was carried out. The results showed that the perception and accuracy of antibiotic use of the residents was not high and the percentage of antibiotic use on hospital prescription was relatively high, tetracycline residue was not detected in all 19 samples taken while norfloxacin residue was detected in 17 samples with the concentrations of norfloxacin of five samples reached the limit of quantitation (0.283 9 μg/L) and that of two samples from sewage treatment plant reached up to 1.580 μg/L. Antibiotic use was suggested to be supervised and efforts in publicity and education should be made. Techniques of antibiotics residues removel in water treatment should be introduced.
